We provide for all those interested in dialoguing with us, clients and non-clients alike, any useful means of communication to resolve doubts, provide information related to supplies or give answers to the complex world of energy (electricity - gas - services).  

The Cogeser Points comprehensively cover the entire week, Monday through Saturday, with opening hours ranging from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The Customer Service, consisting of the company's direct staff, is available for you either by phone (800.468.166, from landlines and 02.9500161, also from cell phones; answering Monday through Thursday from 8:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:45 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Friday from 8:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.), or by email using the following address: energia@cogeser.it;
