Home photovoltaics

With a photovoltaic power plant, you become a producer and make your home energy efficient

Choosing to introduce photovoltaics into your energy lifestyle:means thinking about the environment and using its renewable sources, joining an energy community to potentially share the energy produced and save on your household bill. We are ready to explain to you the operating principles that allow you to transform solar energy into electricity, and the elements that make up a photovoltaic system (solar panels, inverter, batteries, wallbox) to add more awareness in the path that can lead you to become a prosumer, i.e., a consumer and producer of energy at the same time.  We can also explore together what smart energy management means for your home through managing loads, avoiding waste, and how to share energy that is not self-consumed. Finally, with proper maintenance of the PV system, it will be possible to optimize its production.

PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEMS: THE BENEFITS FOR YOU AND YOUR HOME

Each roof has its own characteristics, in addition to its protective functionality, and it could become a more and more important ally in containing the ever-increasing costs of electricity bills. That is why we are committed to accompanying you through all the necessary steps to identify and then install a photovoltaic system optimized on the actual consumption needs; that is why we start with free inspections for all our clients that are associated with an analysis of the consumption of your home.

The offer that will be proposed to you, following the inspection, includes everything necessary to activate a system: technical feasibility and design, installation and testing of the system, connection to the electricity grid, and complete management of authorization and activation formalities. The system moreover can also be paid for in monthly installments that are counterbalanced by bill savings, tax deductions, and the contribution for the sale of unused energy to the grid.

A worry-free plant for you through:

  • 50% with tax deduction over 10 years on the total purchase price, turnkey;
  • Bill savings derived from self-consumption for 25 years of system operation;
  • Financing of about 50% of the total value of the facility;
  • Contribution provided by GSE for on-site exchange for unused energy sold to the grid;
  • Certification and warranty of 12 years on panels and 10 years on inverters;
  • Production monitoring system to ensure the best performance with periodic reports;
  • Real-time monitoring of production and self-consumption through the cloud-based system.

DEDUCTIONS FOR FAMILIES

Photovoltaic deductions also entitle to the Furniture Bonus.

Interventions aimed at the use of renewable sources fall under "extraordinary maintenance," entitling them to the 50% tax deduction provided by Article 16-bis of the Tuir (Italian Consolidated Act on Income Tax) and thus also to the so-called Furniture Bonus. This is reiterated by the Revenue Agency in a response published in its official organ Fisco Oggi.

The installation of a photovoltaic system, the Agency premises, is among the works eligible for the50 percent deduction ex Article 16-bis, letter h of the Tuir, provided that the system is installed to meet the energy needs of the home (i.e., for domestic use, lighting, powering electrical appliances, etc.).

The furniture and household appliance bonus is precisely due to the taxpayer who carries out certain types of interventions (including those of extraordinary maintenance) and takes advantage of the deduction provided by the aforementioned Article 16-bis of the Tuir.

Specifically, remember, the bonus consists of a Irpef (Personal Income Tax) deduction (of 50% on a maximum amount, for 2023, of 8,000 euros) of the expenses incurred to purchase furniture and large household appliances of class not less than A for ovens, E for washing machines, washer-dryers and dishwashers, and F for refrigerators and freezers.

TECHNOLOGY, QUALITY, RELIABILITY

We use for our proposed systems only high-quality components produced by our selected technical partners according to the TIER 1 classification according to Bloomberg New Energy Finance Corporation. This classification is used to rank solar panel manufacturers in terms of their financial stability and ability to offer products over the long term scenario. Panel manufacturers then designed to produce energy for as long as the expected lifetime, which is about 25 years.

Tier-1 solar panels are, according to Bloomberg's criteria, produced by manufacturers that:

  • carry out the entire production process themselves, from the initial stage of silicon wafer production to the assembly of solar panels, which allows for complete quality control;
  • invest in solar panel research and development, including the entire production process, to enable new and further product developments;
  • use innovative technologies for production automation, ensuring consistently high quality of finished products;
  • have more than five years of manufacturing experience, which guarantees experience and expertise in solar panel production.

Bloomberg's tier system, which is widely accepted worldwide, makes solar modules from Tier-1 manufacturers the best-selling, most popular category of solar modules with high-quality photovoltaic performance.
