What to do to reactivate the utility supply

Does the meter exist but has been sealed with lead or is inactive?

To reactivate a meter sealed with lead the contract holder (or proxy) must present himself at the Cogeser Points, during the opening hours to the public, equipped with:

  • Meter number (number printed on the meter plate);
  • PdR number (Redelivery Point, code assigned by the distributor to the outlet);
  • Fiscal code and ID;
  • Cadastral data identifying the property.


The reactivation can also be requested by a proxy of the holder, with a written authorization and a copy of an identity document of the delegating person.
