What to do to terminate the supply

To have the supply terminated you must fill out and sign the termination notice, indicating specifically:

  • Client code and supply address;
  • new address and phone number;
  • Bank details for eventual refund.


You will be contacted later to schedule an appointment. The meter will be sealed with lead or removed.

The termination can be:

  • faxed to: 02/95.73.60.21;
  • filled out directly at the Cogeser Points during opening hours to the public.
     

Termination of supply may also be requested by a proxy of the registered holder with a written authorization and a copy of an identity document of the delegating person.
